The Manage BrM/AssetWise Field Mappings grid allows users to select where each field and its data in AssetWise Inspections maps to in BrM. After the initial integration occurs, any new fields created in BrM or AssetWise Inspections will need to be manually be mapped here.

• BrM Table – This displays the table where the data for the field is stored in BrM.
• BrM Field – This displays the field name that exists in BrM.
• AssetWise Field – This displays the AssetWise Inspections field that is mapped to the BrM field.
• Type – This displays the type of record that is being transferred from AssetWise Inspectionsoptions include product report field, field, or underrecord.
• On Under – This displays which record the field being mapped will transfer data for (the on record or under record).
• Transformation Type – If data needs converted, the type will be listed in the grid.
  • Select the View Options icon to map the selected field.
    
• Transformation Type – If data needs converted, select the format from the dropdown list. Examples of transformation are dates or latitude/longitude.
• Field Type – The dropdown list populates with fields, inspection types, and report fields within AssetWise Inspections.
• Field – The dropdown list populates with a list of AssetWise Inspections fields that match the field type selected in the step prior. This will be the mapped field between BrM and AssetWise Inspections.
  • Select Add to add the field mapping or Cancel to revert the changes.
